Windows 10 version hangs up repeatedly

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years. This year marks the first time that I have had major problems with it. This is also the first year that I have run it on Windows 10. Perhaps my Windows 10 computer is inadequate, but Windows 10 came with this computer when it was purchased. TurboTax hanged up in multiple places during the interview mode, forcing me to use the forms mode. I de-installed and re-installed TurboTax, improving the performance, but bugs remained.

Turbotax has lost it's luster

Turbotax has gotten cumbersome to find things you want to go back and look at. For example I wanted to look at the IP Pin number and all you get from the instructions is to pull it up inside Turbotax and click on the Jump link, except there is no jump link and I finally just stumle over it by accident. What happened to all the mapping that used to be there, now it it just the forms.

Turbo Tax continues to to a great job for me, year after year. I never have to worry about messing things up. They ask the questions... I answer them. It's as easy as that.

Was it necessary to print every stock transaction I ended up with 97 pages, never had to print each transaction before

Finally, after all these years that I have asked you to correct this error, you have the correct calculation's for W2 info. of a Long Island Rail Road pension when it comes to New York State returns exclusion's. Thank you!
