I have used Turbo Tax to do my own taxes for over ten years. SO easy to use. I can prepare my taxes at my own pace. It provides easy to understand explanations of anything that I might need more information on.

Federal Tax Refund delayed

Took several days to complete the 1040 because one form needed more directions. Federal taxes "accepted" February 10, 2020 by efile but still have not heard anything back. I have received the state refund.

overpriced for what you get

We use to love turbo tax but now they make you pay for efile and additional to pay for my daughter's state return. Done with turbo tax
