Always easy to use and reliable.

Software was easy to use and I trust the results. I had some difficulty with the license key. I had to enter it more than once. I had to hunt for the CD for about an hour after I had put it away for safe keeping.

TurboTax needs improvement when spouse has passed.

My spouse passed in 2020 and with TurboTax it was difficult to complete and get my taxes filed. Was kicked back and not accepted. Needs to improve when somebody passes.

Not as easy as the previous years of using TurboTax. I was going in loops too many times until I answered some questions differently. Didn't effect the numbers but still frustrating.
