Turbo Tax has been good for me for years. They were a little late (Mar 4) including a form I needed, but otherwise they have done well.

Thorough Tax Information Collection and Guidance

I have used TurboTax (TT) to prepare my taxes for the last 10 years. Every year, the application ensures that my tax information is complete and that I receive all tax credits to which I am entitled. This year, TT discovered over $1,000 of tax credits!

TurboTax Stumbling

I've successfully used TurboTax for decades without issues. This year was a different story. My 1099R contained multiple lines and I had to create a new record for each entry. I couldn't combine them which I think is a program logic flaw. I had religiously updated the program and was on the latest release.
