Continued Satisfaction with Turbotax

This is the 14th consecutive year that I have used TurboTax to file my returns. I continue to be very satisfied with the quality of the product and the ease of use. They go out of their way to make this whole process as simple and thorough as possible.

Every Update Screws Up PA State 1099 R designation

For the last several years every time I update the program the PA info or 1099R codes gets dropped and I have to enter it again. Since "critical updates" come every day practically I do this every time I log on to enter info. Even today after paying for the file for PA it stopped at the very end indicating there was an error

So Easy To Use!

I've lived in several states and have used Turbotax for several years. Some of the states where I lived required state filing and others didn't. Either way, my taxes were always easy to do. I really like how Turbotax will walk you through, or let you go on your own! I love how it checks for errors and provides help. This is a great product!
