I love TurbTax with one exception. The font used in the help files is too small, it should be larger so it is easier to read

Really poor program

I've used this several years in a row and every year I wonder why I keep doing it. It is so frustrating and glitchy. I struggled to figure out why the state tax payer ID was being rejected for several days. Only to find out it was because there were spaces in front of the number but I couldn't see them. I swear I will not use it next year.

the Federal Government is making things more difficult and if it wasn't for TurboTax I would have had to pay someone to do my returns

it fine to work with no problem finding what i am looking for in doing the taxes return for my refund if there is any refund to get come to me for the year i am filing for it
