Turbo Tax

The software was easy to use and straightforward. However, when it says federal and state filing they should include the state filing fee instead of making you pay it's very deceiving.

Issues Charging Credit Card

Made it through the entire process only to be frustrated by the process to charge my credit card for electronic filing. Turbo Tax requires logging into an Intuit Account. Requested a password reset which went round and round and round. Ended up taking the fee out of my return for an extra. I suspect that what they wanted anyway.

I appreciate Turbo Tax and the ability to work at my own pace, to have them check for deductions specific to my State, and for the confidence it gives me each time I complete the forms!

Turbo tax and two state return

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. This year and last, needed to do two states and some my income was taxed by both states. Not much help from Turbo Tax on this and it took me a while to figure it out. Difficult going back and forth between the state returns.
