It's good but a bit sneaky

I've been using TurboTax for a long time and will continue, but I'm annoyed that I didn't know ahead of time that I could have done it for free.

Over the years I have tried different tax software and Turbo Tax is the best, hands down. The question mark icon providing an explanation gives more information so I feel confident with the data I enter.

Consistently great experience as usual!

I have been a long-time user of TurboTax Deluxe. My only 'frustration' is that: 1) there are fields that could be carried forward from prior years that are not (such as banking and state refund amounts) and 2) I wasn't able to select the W2 I wanted to work on. It made the decision for me. Kind of frustrating. All in all, a good experience.

Problem with software this year for 2020 filing

I've used TT for years, with no issues. This year, after both uploading previous year's data, and trying manually, it fills in the correct AGI from previous year, but Federal & State rejects the return. Have attempted to 'Fix and Refile' but with no success. Now I'm forced to mail the return in. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.

Works Good But....

Turbo Tax was good to use,but did not understand why when it ask if I wanted to download last year's taxes. I said yes and then it doesn't do it which was confusing. Plus paid $50 for a digital copy and was asked to pay an additional $25 to efile the state copy. I thought both would be free to efile with the Deluxe copy. Really!
