Online price is outrageous

It does no good to have an account and try to use it online as the price is nearly double, so you have to get a CD for this and it takes away a lot of the features if you had all your records online. One of the dumbest things I've seen. They should still link up and don't.

TurboTax is not what it used to be!

I've been using TurboTax since the early DOS-based days of the 1990s, but this year's version was a disappointment mainly in navigation. Specifically, prior year's W-2s and 1098-Ts, with their saved employee/college information, did not show up during the interview process. After filling out new versions the imported ones finally appeared later in the process flow. How frustrating to fill out something again that should have been available with pre-filled information. I believe this is the second year this has happened so please get it fixed or else I'll be moving on.

No Comparison To Previous Years

MUCH less user friendly, especially when working on the return over several sessions. Was never a problem before...
Also, when questioning "data source" several times for calculated amounts, instead of showing where the calculation came from, it just linked me to "general info" for that section of the return. Not helpful at all.
Have been using TT for several years and don't want to change, so I hope they pay attention to reviews.

File By Mail Service is Terrible

If you need to file by mail this service is terrible. It's extremely hard to print. It mixes up your federal and state return and you have no idea which form goes where.
