Found this year's product to be marked improvement over past years. This year's CD for tax year 2020 found me an unexpected refund on my Federal Return.

Had a few glitches this year.

I like Turbo Tax and have used it for years now. This year with the new 1099-NEC I felt that Turbo Tax missed some important questions that could have streamlined the filing. Had they asked if the 1099-NEC box 1 income was for business income and redirected to that form it would save a lot of confusion entering it in two places and later needing to delete it because the income was doubled. I also discovered that the SE form did not respond to the deleting and the only way I could change that double charge of self-employment tax was to go to the form and manually correct it. So yes, Turbo Tax calculated my taxes but it took a very watchful eye this year.
