Very poor communication

I attempted to inquire about a form that was in need of updates prior to transmitting. I could not remember the user name or password and submitted what I thought you required and my inquiry was denied - very poor customer service!!!!!!!!

I used to have a CPA process my taxes and it was more of a pain than doing it myself with turbotax. I understand taxes better and can ensure my return is correct without the hassle of waiting on someone else's timeline or wondering if they are optimizing my return
