Makes life easier

Overall, Overall TurboTax is great but we file Married, filing separately for federal but state will file jointly. With TurboTax, we have to do our taxes twice AND it let us file jointly because it isn't attached to a state return. This is unnecessarily complicated.

slow and unforgiving

slow program, when you enter data erroneously, you cant delete it. it is there forever.

I have been using TurboTax for my taxes for many years and through a lot of different life experiences (career, marriage and divorce, home ownerships and sales, relocations, sickness, retirement, etc.), and TurboTax has always provided the appropriate information and prompts for the circumstances. Very satisfied customer.

Excess Fees

The process fee amount is too much. Once the Turbotax product software is bought, there should not be a processing fee. If I buy your product it should come with fees waived, for using your product. I should not have to pay extra just because its easier to file electronically, that makes no sense, and defeats the purpose of paying for it when its free online.
