Turbo Tax is Best Product on Market

Easy enough for anyone

I've worked with Turbotax for many years now. This one was by far the most intuitive. It picked up my grandfathered Spousal payments without asking it for help this time. Everything carried over from previous year without issue. It even caught an error before it gave me issues later at e-filing.

Very well laid out program. Easy to read and follow walk through directions. Seems like there were several checks being done on the backend to ensure accuracy.

I have history with turbotax

Used Turbo Tax for many many years. Pretty straight forward to complete. On issue I have that I wish they would look at is when you enter information in the sections and going to the next section in a topic, such as "income" it goes to the beginning of the section again rather than just to the next section in the topic. Other than that, I find it user friendly and cost effective. Might consider discount for seniors, or repeat customers.
