Turbo Tax was workable

I felt confident with Turbo Tax with my FY 2018 taxes that I decided to do my taxes again for FY 2019. Turbo Tax was easy and efficient with their system and quality of service.

2019 Tax Returns are a NIGHTMARE

This year has been the worse year for filing taxes with TurboTax. From the beginning of the pandemic, they have struggled to put together a product that works with a MacBook. I will give them one more chance. If next year is not better they will lose a customer of 13 years...

I love this Product

I've used Turbo tax for years. My wife used to do our taxes when I was married. When I got divorced, I struggled a little doing my taxes, for a couple years. Until, someone told me about turbo tax. Easy peezy, simple and straight forward. I actually look forward to doing my taxes each year. Thanks, to Turbo Tax!

Need More Forms

Because I was 5 days Late with RMD I needed 5329 and had to find it read the instructions, etc. It should be an easy one to add and with older people it is easy for them to forget the cut-off as I did.
