I upgraded from the 3 to the 5 only because the 3 was starting to act up. The features taken away from the 5 make this a huge disappointment.Things like enlarging your screen which was easy to find now is impossible. The way to get out of a page by swiping left is annoying as well. I should have waited for the 6, and to top it off i think AT
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A crap ton of glitches . From the screen flickering I've been through 3 phones these phones lag bad and suck

Good and cheap

So this phone has lots of features for the price that it's at and I love the ultra wide angle camera. This phone looks great and feels great in the hand. Although it doesn't have the latest and greatest processor out there I feel it doesn't need it. Plus I like the finger print scanner on the back. The things that disappointed me about the pixel this year were the fact that there was no xl model I would've liked to see that plus the earpiece for talking on the phone is an under glass one which they don't sound the greatest although I can see where they are coming from because it's one less hole in the phone they have to worry about when making the phone water resistant. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the pixel 5 but definitely feel there was some room to improve lining it up spec wise with other similarly priced phones
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doing away with the back, home, and open app cascade button is bitter sweet. In theory it makes sense, however it's absolutely impossible to swipe left on anything without accidentally "going back". I find myself getting frustrated with this phone very often as it does not do what I want it to often, simply due to the swipe actions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall the Pixel 5 is equal to it's predecessors. I don't have many complaints, but I do have some. Nice new features include 5G, water resistant, and wireless charging. Unfortunately, I have two complaints about the phone. They both have to do with two of the new features. First is wireless charging. I decided on the 5 instead of 4a because of the wireless charging. What I found is it works slow but great. The kick in the teeth was you can't have a rugged case on your phone for protection and use wireless. I can be rough on my device and need the extra protection. Had I known this I would have gone for the 4a.Second, 5G "the fastest new service" Yes once the phone switches over to solid 5G it is fast. The spotty/switching time is so long I could have gotten what I needed if I just stayed on LTE in the amount of time it takes to stay locked into a 5G band and then load my information. The device won't load anything until it is either on 5G or LTE. My phone cantdo both.
I would recommend this to a friend!
