Biometric Choice

The phone is great, a little smaller than the Pixel 4 so it took some getting used to. What I missed about the Pixel when I got the 4 was the fingerprint, it only allowed facial recognition. With the 5, it's back to fingerprint again. I think both could be used as options for unlocking the phone, and the consumer chooses which one to use when setting up the phone. I like both features, I wish both were available. No complaints though!

This is a great device, good memory, awesome battery, camera performance is a little disappointing but it doesn't mean that is bad. Good enough to replace my old Pixel 2, for the average customer this is great choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing as a previous pixel owner

If this is the first pixel you ever own, you will love it. However, as a pixel 2 XL owner, the pixel 5 is pretty much the same despite being a three year old phone. The only dramatic difference is the smaller bezel other than that, all the specs are almost the exact same. I ended up returning to pixel 5 and I'm just keeping my pixel 2 xl. I am hoping the pixel 6 will be a worthwhile upgrade
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It just works lol....... Android use to be frustrating and buggy, but those days are over. Every app works seamlessly, it is fully integrated into the google platform, I'll never go back to apple. This is now my brand.

Does everything I need it to do, and get the security updates and patches as soon as they are available. - Takes great pictures.- Great looking screen and image quality- Faster then the specs suggest.- Plenty of storage.- Speakers work well.
