Google hit the mark on this one!

I love the battery life and the finger print sensor. As someone who upgraded from the pixel 4 Google really got it right this time around. I really missed the finger print sensor as face unlock was more of an annoyance then a convenience. The battery upgrade was much welcomed as I no longer need that mid day recharge. I thought I was going be worried about the downgraded Chip but it hasn't felt really noticable and still preforms like a work horse thanks to the upgrade in RAM.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I upgraded to a Pixel 5 from a Pixel 3. Every part of this phone seems like an upgrade. The phone is quick and very responsive. I love the camera.

I'm only taking away a star for lack of expandable storage and headphone jack. I would have taken away 2 stars if those things didn't also come with the benefit of making this thing ip68 water resistant. The phone is a powerhouse though. I also like adaptive charging.

Had the first pixel a few years ago, and kept it until it just died on me. It was easy to use and reliable. So far this looks like a continuation of that same quality.

I upgraded from the Pixel 3, which I loved, to this phone. It's odd to me that after two years it feels like somethings got worse and some got better. This didn't so much feel like an upgrade rather than a slight adjustment.***PROS*** wide-angle lens is fun, bezel-less design looks sleek, way better battery life, aluminum backing instead of glass, higher dust and water resistance, starts with android 11***CONS*** no more squeeze-for-assistant, no more unlimited original quality google photos, front camera has worse focus, no more 2-button-navigation option (my favorite), all the speakers feel like a downgrade**SAME/SIMILAR** main rear camera, OS/user-experience, phone size
