Best Phone Ever

Really love my Google Pixel 5 - it's the perfect size - light - attractive - thin. Fast and responsive. Excellent camera. Unlocked version does not come with extra apps that you don't want or need and can't remove. Best phone ever - love Google Pixel 5 !

Just what I wanted

Aside from the small screen I need to get used to, it's perfect. I love the integration with my google account and the assistant. The camera is the best I've had so far, and I like how I can create folders to group like icons together, like all social media in one folder on the home page, and restaurants in another, streaming apps in another, and so on. As long as future updates don't break the phone in the future (which has happened before with a pixel I owned) I'll keep recommending this phone.

The screen scroll can be a little skippy. The speaker jumps around with volume and sound quality and low levels (like listening to an audiobook at night). Battery life seems to be good. Need to do the basic things better for a flagship device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast and Easy to Use

Very happy with this phone. I have had an Android phone since the very first one. This phone screams. It is easy to use and it is exactly what I had hoped when moving from the Pixel 3 XL. It is a smaller but, the screen is so clear, it seems bigger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor coverage, small display

I moved to the Pixel 5 from the Pixel 3XL and I am so far fairly disappointed. The service and speed is much slower. It says I am on 5G (Verizon) but it is slower than my wife's Pixel 3 on LTE. Websites definitely load slower compare to my 3XL even though it is new hardware. They also remove the squeeze to google assistant feature, which I loved. In short, I don't hate the phone but it has not lived up to my expectations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the look, feel and sound of the Pixel 5. It's extremely responsive and integrates perfectly with my Pixel Slate and Pixel buds. Setting it up was extremely easy. I transferred all of my information over from my Samsung Note 9. It took roughly 10 minutes. There were no snags. There's no AUX jack for headphones or a splitter (is that even a thing anymore? $@

So far the 5 is very good. Went from 2xl love the reduction in size. Very easy to use. Does not have all the bell and whistles like the 1000 dollar phones but it meets my needs.

So far I've enjoyed my Pixel 5, the size is a bit small for me but that's not much of a problem for me, I have used the Google assistant quite expensively and id have to say that is my favorite feature on this phone, although one other problem I do have is when using some apps I can fell the battery getting hot I do understand the because of the wireless charging the back is a lot thinner and may be why but it is a bit unsettling to feel.
I would recommend this to a friend!
