It does the Job

I upgraded from a Pixel 3XL. So far it isn't really too different. The speed is about the same. The glass scratches a lot easier on the 5 than the 3XL. 1 week in and the glass is all scratched up, no drops or anything. Just normal use, in and out of pocket. I am missing the squeeze feature from the 3XL. The 5 doesn't have it. Not a huge fan of the front facing camera pin hole. The size of the Pixel 5 I think is perfect though. Going from the XL to something a tiny bit smaller was nice. The glass on the Pixel 5 is my main issue. If you get this phone, get the tempered glass screen protector or expect scratched glass in a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new pixel 5!! I'm still learning all the features but it's much smaller and lighter than my pixel 2 was!! I'm very happy with it!!

Pixel 5 Great piece of equiptment

Love the phone and its contents, only one problem the screen freezes with some consistency, it comes back on after 30-60 seconds but only to do it again with in minutes, a troublesome pain. If this problem where corrected it would be a super 5 rating.

Really great, except the speakers

This is almost the perfect phone. I personally am a fan of the true stereo speakers that the Pixel 3 had. I don't see an advantage of having an "edge-to-edge" display, that extra screen real estate is rarely useful, but having amazing sound out of my device is a huge priority for me.Please bring back Stereo speakers in the pixel 6. All I really need is a HUGE battery, stereo speakers, a great camera, and the pure android experience.

I have had the original Pixel XL, the Pixel 2xl, and now the 5. It has a great screen size and plenty of power to run the stuff I want. I live in a rural setting and still am able to take advantage of 5G installed on the old towers. Thanks for making a great little phone!
