The phone and service are fine. The only problem is there is no service manual for the phone. How are you supposed to use a phone feature if you do not know all of the features it has. With a service manual you can read about all features and how to turn them on and off.

I like the size and feel of the phone and the camera is great. When I first received the phone the camera would not auto focus took it back to the local ATT store and they fixed me up with a new replacement phone and the rep was a great help and very helpful.
