I love the speed of the Pixel 5 as well as it's functionality. My favorite part is the camera set up, messages it easy to become an amateur photographer.

Pixel 5 is a relatively pleasant device and is quick, which I appreciate. If you want my top rating, figure out what BlackBerry OS figured out years ago, to operate so intuitively. I really miss BB OS, before everything went all Android or Apple...

I like the smaller size but not great design

Finally someone other than apple realizes that a phone shouldn't be the size of a mini tablet! I was super excited to get this phone. Don't get me wrong, aesthetically it is nice. But the gestures are awkward - especially the one to go back a screen and the one to get to all open apps. Why couldn't this just be a virtual button? Instead I'm left to fiddle with awkward movements that end up opening up a bunch of stuff or navigating inappropriately, all because Google wanted to take away even more of the interface. Completely stupid. Other issues are that literally ALL the sounds on the phone are gentle chimes- so I had to download my own alarm that was appropriate for an alarm. AND this is a Google phone- you KNOW they're collecting even more data off of me without my consent because that is just what Google does.I'm waiting for another company to figure out people want smaller phones cuz I'll switch to the first smaller non-IOS phone that literally any other company comes out with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good phone

The camera is 100% awesome I think we all know this. I also love the stock android no bloat or 2nd party software. These two alone make it the best phone on the market.The battery life is just OK and the gesture feature was so bad I switched back to the triangle circle square format.. and now I'm back in love w the phone and experience.I would recommend it to a friend 100%

Great Photos, Great Tips

I was looking for a reasonably priced phone that took great photos. Everywhere I searched for 'phone with best camera' mentioned the Pixel 5. I have not been disappointed. The camera is easy to use and just point and click delivers great pictures. And there is a lot more you can do with the camera. I've been pleased with everything else, except I think it would have been nice if they had included the adapter needed for you to use your existing wired earbuds. Not everyone wants/needs to have wireless headphones. The battery life is great and there is lots of help available to get you used to your new phone. It has lots of functions! There are even YouTube videos to help you do stuff. Nice phone for a medium price.

The pixel 5 replaced my pixel xl. I am finding the 5 to be very similar to the xl. I find that 5g in my area is not as widespread as 4g. Also, the size of this phone is smaller than the xl. I wish it was bigger. But I love the pixel product and it's integration with all my Google products. The camera is fantastic. I am very pleased. P.S. My xl finally died after 4 years of love. I drove all over Nashville to find the one Pixel 5 that was in stock. Wouldn't have another android phone. (I only give it 4 stars because of the smaller size.)
