We bought this to install while we were on vacation for 2 weeks. Even though they are just temporarily set up we can see what is going on at home when we are 1700 miles away. Can't wait to set cameras permanently and learn more about the features of Night Owl.

I was replacing an older sec. camera system that I had, and found that Night Owl had "panoramic" wide angle cameras. The installation of the hardware and paring of the cameras was very straightforward, and the clarity of the video is incredible! I have on camera that is 50 ft. away and obstructed by a garage with a metal roof, so I just ordered their very reasonably price extender antenna--and NO shipping charges. I am impressed. If a 60 yr. old Grandma can do this, so can you!

Added two more cameras to my surveillance system, now have 6 and almost the property is covered. Easy to add and set up. Put chips in each camera. This is in addition to the security system I had installed at my house.

I bought the cameras as an add on to my already existing system. I expanded from 4 to 8 cameras. The instructions were simple to follow and the setup was very much "plug and play". The 8 camera system will give me that piece of mind while on vacation, as well as, fantastic monitoring capabilities from my phone. Great product and I highly recommend.

Over all I'm pleased with how well this wireless system works, I was worried that with a brick home it would have problems getting signals to the base unit but so far its picking up a clean feed 80 to 90 feet away through brick. The only reason i give it 4 star and not 5 is software for cms connect partially working, I get a clean live feed but playback of an event does not work. I have latest versions of android and cms software reinstalled and checked all settings still only plays back events some of the time so mabey they will keep working on software development. Playback on base unit works without problem.
