Amazing coffee taste but cleanup sucks

I love this company but my major issue with the product is that is spills a lot and makes a huge mess. The taste of the coffee is amazing. But the cleanup is why it is getting the review it is getting. I wish that when you are pouring your coffee into your cup it wouldn't spill.

Not a big fan of this kit! The drip is quite deep and hard to get right! I love the double wall but it somehow grew weird in its form. It has more uneven surface than when i first got it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pleasantly surprised by this little tool. My husband used stove top espresso maker before, with drip coffee he sees the improved taste, I see easier cleaning.

Gave this to my husband for christmas (crazy coffee nerd and very particular about the things he uses) and he really enjoys it. He loves that the coffee stays warm because of the double glass and the rubber lid. Together with his new Kettle he has been using this every day since christmas with a smile on his face. The first one I ordered arrived broken and it was very easy and quick to get a replacement.
