Bad user experience

I have issues with the filter daily. I have to readjust them to get the coffee to flow through them and into the carafe. I don't like the carafe that comes with it. It doesn't have a handle on the XF set. That seems like a huge miss to me. Overall the experience when using it isn't great. It makes good coffee but the experience with it leaves a lot to be desired
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pour Over Set

My husband LOVES his Pour Over Set.
I also purchased a Carter Move Mug for him that did not hold enough coffee. The return process was NOT easy to work with. It took numerous emails to get my return 'accepted'. Along the way, a request for my packing slip was received. Not sure why you needed that since I provided you with the order number along with a copy of the item to return.
I would recommend reviewing your return policy - if it wasn't for this, I wold have given 5 stars.

I get better results with a Kalita Wave instead of this. I love the design but wish I could get consistent results from it.

Stagg is great, Carafe not so much

I like the Stagg XF. Honestly, I hate the carafe! It’s beautiful but it gets too hot to hold comfortably even though it’s double walled. The neck gets especially hot and it’s also the easiest part to hold - I have to pour with both hands while holding the bottom wider part. It’s so uncomfortable! Also, I’ve burned myself while using it because coffee spills out while pouring.

Nice equipment but the pouring

Nice equipment but the pouring qualities of the carafe are terrible if you keep the lid on. Even precise lining up of the pour hole will produce spilled coffee that runs from spout down the side of the glass. How hard can it be to create a simple pouring design…? It’s messy…!!

Terrible carafe. Good dripper.

The glass carafe has a terrible pour spout—it’s way too pinched. No matter the angle you pour, or how carefully you pour, the coffee runs down the side of the carafe, wasting it. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially for the price. I’ve had to use other vessels because this one is a real pain. I would avoid.
The dripper itself is good, no complaints there.
