I absolutely love this pour over. The sleek design makes me never want to put it away off the counter. Great coffee, comes with detailed instructions (was a newbie to pour over) had a rubber lid over the spout to keep the coffee warm for that second cup. The double walled construction is my favorite feature.

My first one came shattered!! But, Fellow was quick to replace It and within 7 days I had another one delivered. So good on them for that! Firstly, the carafe has a very sturdy lip, which is a very nice change of pace for a carafe. Most are so fragile feeling that I’m afraid I’ll crack It setting It down. This carafe give me much more confidence handling It. The pour over system itself, so far, is great actually!! I really wish they’d design some cloth filters that works well with the Stagg system, specifically. But otherwise, I couldn’t be happier with this set. Packaging was sturdy and looks great.

Easy to grip and hold, does not get hot in your hands and is very beautiful but it does not pour well with the lid on. I just pour it with the lid off.
