Could use a labeled diagram for newbies.

Having never done pour-over before, I was not sure where to start and had no idea what the little funnel was. Lol! But boy, everything about this little contraption is so smartly thought out. I thoroughly enjoy using it, the easy cleanup, and just how pretty it is.

I like everything - except one of the Atmos' loses its vacuum over a few days. Still checking to see if its the seal between the vacuum pump and the glass, or if its the pump assembly.

This inspired me to get the whole system and kettle. My husband was researching pour over coffee for six months and I surprised him with your Father’s Day package. He loves it and all the rest of us benefit. It’s great!

The fellow coffee making system is simple and superb. We have the whole sha-bang, Fellow coffee grinder, Kettle and XF pour over system. The XF “dots” system makes measuring your coffee and water quick and painless. We put away our old automatic brewer and replaced it with the Fellow system pour over. I find it a joy to make my pour over coffee. The output is consistent great coffee!

The Stagg XF pour-over set is well designed, and I like the simplicity and construction of both the carafe and dripper. I love the Hario V60 ceramic drippers, but ultimately I wanted one pour-over solution that I could use to brew coffee just for me, or for both my wife and me. The user experience elements in the design, like the little dots on the carafe for a single cup or two cups, is really smart. Also, the dripper is stainless steel, which means it’s easy to pack and take camping or on trips, and is nearly impossible to break (we broke two Chemex in the past). It will take some time and practice to dial in this brewing method (guess I’m watching some James Hoffman tutorials), but I think it’s an elegant product.
