I'm very pleased with the build and performance of the T490. The screen and keyboard are both very good. Battery is fairly good, I get around 8-9 hours of use on it. The finish on the laptop leaves smudges which can be cleaned, but often looks greasy. That is the only negative I can find on the laptop. I would purchase one again!

I am very satisfied with this new computer. One disappointment: I did not realize when I ordered it that it does not come with a backlit keyboard, which is a major problem for me because I do a lot of work at night.
