Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave has so many features. I love the stainless steel interior and multiple functions. My previous microwave had hot spots and spattered. This microwave is top of the line.

Nice Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything about it but I cannot clean the front without punching buttons and driving it crazy. I don't like fingerprints all over the front and this is a negative - at least the range has a lock button so you can clean the control panel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this product about 1 1/2 years ago. The microwave works well. The problem we have encountered is a quality control issue and design. The handle broke recently and a technician stated it could not be fixed and they would have to replace the entire front door as a result. The problem is the handle was designed with a plastic housing for the screw to hold the handle to the door. The washer the screw tightens up against is also plastic and it snapped from the pressure of opening the door. Why would you design the handle with a plastic assembly when this is one of the areas that has constant stress put on it every time the handle gets pulled? Anyway, we are waiting for a new door....it's a good thing we purchased the extended warranty.
