Looks Sharp

Brought this home and installed, attempted to make popcorn that evening, lights and turntable came on but nothing happened to my popcorn, then tried heating a cup of water same thing, water came out same temperature it went in at. Other features are working, baked muffins, used the fan, timer and light. Called customer service they are sending out a technician later this week, fingers crossed to add to my review. Very disappointing for such a expensive unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a great unit

We've had this unit for almost 3 months in our newly built home. It can't exhaust steam from boiling water nevermind if something is actually smoking on the the stove top. I know its a 900w unit too for microwaving but my grandmothers 30 year old unit is more successful at heating up food. Havent used the convection oven very much yet so no comment on its capabilities.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement of microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feature very equal to the microwave it replaced with some additional and convection oven. Longer which will accommodate larger baking dish. Has 100 Watts less power which can require a little more cooking time.

I bought this microwave in 2017. I have had four different technicians come out and they were not able to fix it. It’s intermittent in functionality. They have replaced sensors, other components and finally told me that there is nothing they could do because some days it works and Some days it doesn’t. Li

Both a microwave and a convection oven

Great working & looking Microwave unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed just before thanksgiving and everything works well. It is very quiet in use and the fan is also very quiet. Many features to learn more about and it complements the other new Kitchen Aid appliances we purchased. This new set (full kitchen) replaced an older but still working well Kitchen Aid suite of appliances.
