Although others rated it as "noisy" I do not find that to be the case. Fairly easy to assemble - wheels needed some banging into place. Overall, and so far, happy with this purchase.
Pros: Mess Reduction, Safety Features, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs
Cons: light weight all plastic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

shredder bags worked perfectly
