It's a Motorola

I wanted a reasonably priced smartphone that had good performance, 5G capability, quality cameras, and good battery life. One of my needs was not size, but I wish it would have been. I like the phone and the features. It was pretty easy to convert from my Huawei Honor 8 (it's still an android) but the more I've used the Moto I've realized it just too big - too long and too heavy. I'm not convinced the extra length gives me much in terms of performance so I'm not sure why the phone is so long. I do like the long battery life (maybe the extra battery power is in the extra length) and the overall performance of the phone seems fine. I'm still trying to figure out how I go back one screen with a swipe. Sometimes the controls are a little persnickety. Overall, I think it's a good phone for a good price. I would recommend this phone, but with reservations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great phone!

I got my phone a month just love it it faster take nice photos. I'm still learning how to work it, it to fast for me but cause I'm not to 3g and 4g and it touch screen

Not working with soundcore Bluetooth earbuds

I'm not happy with this phone as it is not working with basics function. I bought soundcore Bluetooth earbuds and it shows it is connected with this phone but when I'm making calls on WhatsApp and normal there is no audio.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as good as previous Moto phone E4

The phone is slower than my older, cheaper Moto E 5. It freezes, the apps are different now and don't have the same features. For example, I could screen calls with an auto recording telling the caller I was using a screening device and to leave name, # & nature of the call. Now it blocks calls without my knowledge. I missed an important call because of this new change.
It's supposed to be faster, but it's slower. There are preinstalled apps that are impossible to uninstall.
The side finger print access is also hard to access because it is thin and on the side of the phone instead of the back of the phone edge.
When using Bluetooth earing aids, the phone has to be stationary to work. If I walk with it, the sounds break-up so I have to use plug in headphones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost fully loaded!

It's been almost a month and believe it or not I had an iPhone 12 prior to this Moto. Pros
Great battery
Awesome 90 hertz display
Clean Android experience
Decent cameras in day light
Moto actions
Very responsive
Snapdragon 765G just like the Google Pixel 5.
It has NFC.
Cons
Very tall phone that requires finger gymnastics.
Cameras don't perform good in low light.
You will be lucky if you get Android 11.
Supposedly security updates every 3 months.
No wireless charging.
In conclusion for the price it's not a bad phone if you get it unlocked like I did. I could have gotten any other phone I wanted. However I just like the way Motorola does Android. Almost perfect IMO. I LOVE THE BATTERY LIFE!! Motorola please give us wireless charging at this price point and improve your low light photography. That's all I ask for.

Fast and up to date camera's

I'm use to Motorola phones and I love this one, right away I purchased an OtterBox cover which fits perfect. It has the same functions as the other moto phones had with a bigger screen than my older one. It has a few new features that work well also. My wife and bought the same phone and she loves hers too. All in all it's a good product and well worth the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!
