Great overall phone

This replaces my old phone that only had 16 gb memory.
Nice features including god sound quality, outstanding processor speed and unbelievable battery life. A great phone for the money. And the tech support has been outstanding, including a great website to answer questions!

started great - 30 days not so good

recently I cannot hear the other party - they hear me. reboot the phone and it fixes itself - cannot rely on this phone if this keeps happening - I have the service plan maybe send it in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed with features

This phone doesn't have the capability to capture motion on the Ring Doorbell Camera unless there is someone right at your door. You are unable to see motion across or in the street. That reduces the safety and comfort of having a security camera.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally! I can hear what they are saying

Other phones we have had you could not hear what people were saying everything was garbled. Now that we have 5G and this is a little stronger signal it is very clear to hear

Great Value and Solid Device

I have had the 5G Ace for a few weeks now and I am very pleased with the overall performance, design look and feel, user interface and battery life. The phone is well built, feels good in my hands and performs as expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good phone

The phone works well great features. Only disappointment is the phone seems to be stuck on Android 10 and not updating to Android 12 as it said it's supposed too.
