Customer Service Excellence!

The shredders by Fellowes is of excellent quality, & I am thankful & grateful for choosing to be their customer! When I purchased my first Fellowes Shredder, there was no information in the box or in the instructions about the need for frequent lubrications of the shredder. I have learned of its importance due to my shredder malfunctioning 5 months after purchase. I called the customer service number on November 6th, 2019 to inquire about how I can remedy the loud knocking sound in my shredder. The woman I spoke with was very helpful, & she took excellent care of my situation during each step of the process! With expressive smiles, I recommend that she be awarded. I wish I had written her name down since I have forgotten her name. The woman, a Fellowes Customer Service Representative, provided a quality service that all customers can be proud of & praise! Anytime I hear of someone needing a shredder or any other product, I will inform them to first check Fellowes.com or call to get what they need & they will be well taken care of, I promise!

This shredder is a replacement

I had the same shredder for around 5 yrs. It finally went out. I started getting hot and then all of a sudden just quick working. But I shred papers at least once a week especially the bills from the previous months. I love the shredder.

The micro shred is great, looks much more secure than the cross cut. The unit feels vary solid. Time will tell. My last shredder lasted twenty years. Thank you Fellowes.

Nice little shredder

I purchased this shredder as a replacement for another similar one. So far, it seems like it handles more than the old one and that's what I was looking for. Great little home use unit.

After inquiring several professionals/shredder owners , I found that Fellowes shredders were the preferred brand...so I replaced mine.

I great replacement

My (previous) Fellowes shredder got a lot of use, albeit home use. It lasted well past 10 years. This new one is quieter & appears to be quicker in its shredding, even with the micro shredding capability. Haven't had it very long, but first impressions are very positive. Good quality product at a good price point.
