Innovative Leg Extension is Revolutionary

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I’m not a huge Graco fan for their lack of priority of extra safety testing/chemical free materials, but I do really like this seat. It’s very sleek, nice color in light grey, very soft. Really wished it was flame retardant free though!!
I was really impressed by the extending leg room! That is one thing that I had been disappointed with my previous car seats. We are encouraged to have our children rear facing as long as possible but how is that possible when their legs are completely smooshed?! This extending leg room fixes this problem and eases my mind that my daughter can be as safe as possible for years to come!
The InRight LATCH was a little tricky to get used to but became easier with time. The No-ReThead is a nice feature that I have become accustomed to with my other car seats, certainly so much easier than a manual rethread of the belt as baby grows!

A versatile comfy safe and good looking seat

My daughter is currently 2.5 years old and still rear facing at approximately 26 lbs. We currently use a rotating car seat, but we’re excited to try the Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat.
My first impression out of the box is that this car seat is actually gorgeous! In the end, safety is what matters, but if you can get a car seat that looks good too, that’s a bonus! The fabric is incredibly soft, so it is very comfortable on our children’s bodies. We tested this car seat in my husband’s Toyota Tacoma because that’s a true test - how comfortably does it fit in a truck? The answer is it fits GREAT! Even when reclining the seat to Level 1, the seat fit well behind the passenger seat. I like that the level indicator is at eye level. Installation was very easy (we did not turn the seat around and test forward facing yet). I will say that getting the base to be completely snug and not moving more than 1” requires a bit more effort compared to some other seats we have used. However, the ease of anchoring with the tethers was a breeze! It’s also setup to store the tether anchors very nicely. The addition of the 4 position extension panel is absolutely great! To give children more leg room while keeping them rear facing for a longer period of time is wonderful, and I love Graco for making this. 5” makes a big difference! Adjusting the headrest height was also extremely simple, and the no-rethread safe adjust harness system adjusts the harness as you adjust the headrest height. Very convenient (especially when you have a toddler with you!) Overall I think this is an absolutely wonderful seat that can be used for so much of your children’s life. You can tell how well it is built, and how much thought went into all of the details by Graco. I do think the softness of the fabric is my favorite feature of the seat…tied with the 5” of additional legroom for rear facing of course!

The last car seat you will buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fourth Graco car seat we’ve used, and it is by far our favorite! We received it as part of the Stellar product testing panel and are so happy with it so far. The extension for our son’s legs makes him so much more comfortable in a sedan, and it is a breeze to install. I love the click in storage for the latch fasteners and the no rethread harness makes it effortless to use the same seat for our baby and our toddler - the height adjusts in seconds. It looks just as sleek and modern as a boutique car seat but comes with the strong legacy of the Graco brand. I’m thrilled with this seat and will be getting it for a couple new mama baby showers I have coming up!!!

A great versatile car seat option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This car seat arrived at just the right time as our 4 year old is nearly 40 pounds & about to out grow the rear facing function on our previous car seat. I want to keep him rear facing for as long as possible both because it is the safest option but also because he has a little brother who is also rear facing & it is just easiest with kids if things are the same-same!
It was very easy to install, the tether hooks have an easy to use button but you can also just push the tethers into the car’s latch system & they click right in. And again, you can push the buttons in to have the tethers open & release. It really is as easy as it sounds. And I love that there are actual placeholders for the tethers on the back of the seat, so they don’t just hang carelessly if you’re using a vehicle’s seat belt to secure or transporting the vehicle somewhere.
Overall the husband was super happy with just how easy it was to secure into the vehicle and to switch it between our vehicles. And it fits great & our kiddo seems comfortable both in our small sedan & in our larger SUV.
The seat also has lots of customizability with 6 different recline positions, the foot rest extender, & the very easy to adjust headrest, which also adjusts the harness’s shoulder straps along with it at the same time! No need to spend an hour threading the harness straps through different holes! It was very easy to adjust the seat to my child’s size & settings until he was happy.
Overall it’s a very solid car seat & both myself, the husband, & our 4 year old seem happy with its addition to our family, we’re so happy to have received this from the Stellar Product Testing Panel & can’t wait to see how it continues to adapt to our family!
