Great Features

Bought this for our toddler so we could keep him rear facing longer. He’s very tall for his age and the Graco SlimFit we had him appeared very uncomfortable to him. He absolutely loves the extend to fit and it gives him much more space to “stretch his legs.” I love that even when we move him forward facing, the extend to fit will recline more than the slim fit did. Additional features that I love as a parent Is the easy adjust harness! I will never buy another car seat without that!

My little Dude thinks it’s comfy!

I live out in the country and it’s a thirty minute drive each way to daycare, so my son spends A LOT of time in his car seat. Even driving on bumpy dirt roads, he is happy as a calm, It’s comfy enough for an 11 hour ride trip to grandma’s house, including long peaceful naps without a single complaint. My son loves the extendible foot rest.
We have tried other car seats and non of them were up to the task. If you do a lot of driving, this is the car seat you need.

Harness Issues

The installation of the car seat was fairly easy once I found the right section. My biggest issue is with the harness. It is nearly impossible to tighten enough to keep my 9 month old safe. The straps go several inches below her shoulders (she is rear facing) and I think that impedes the straps to be tightened properly, but the head rest cannot be raised as she is not tall enough and I see no other way to adjust the harness straps.
I do love the ease of removing the fabric of the seat. Replacing it after washing the first time took a little while, but I think the next times will go smoother.

Great seat! Reclines a lot more than I expected. This is our second Graco seat for our one year old. The other one we have is a deluxe and it’s pretty much similar. This one has a footrest that comes out quite a bit.
