AMAZING!

I’ve had this seat for about 2 months now and cannot day enough good things about it! I have a very large almost 2 year old son and this seat allows us to be rear facing comfortably! I love all the recline settings and LOVE the extension panel. It is a very large seat with the extended out but it does fit in my small-ish car (Dodge Dart).

i Bought this over a year ago and I am in love with it. My daughter is comfortable, will remain rear facing for much longer. It fits perfect in our truck and with our other car seat. Absolutely the best thing we bought for her.

I bought this carseat as a grandparent so we didn't have to move seats from one vehicle to the other. It has worked out wonderfully for us....easy to use, comfortable for the kids, and they are safe! It's easy to adjust between kids also.

We wanted a car seat for our tall and large two year old where we could keep her rear-facing for a bit longer. We wanted a car seat under $200. We wanted a 3:1 so we could eventually move to a front facing harness and then a seat-belt booster. This also times up well with our next child coming in a few months that is inheriting our current Graco carseat - the Snugride 40.
Why we got this carseat: - 50 lbs rear facing. Very few others can do this. Most top out at 35 in - easily convertible to front facing and belt booster - foot extender for rear facing (big plus) - color choices - Graco reputation
Pluses and minuses: - Not too heavy. We definitely won't travel with it though. We'll use a travel carseat that's much lighter. - The Graco latch straps are too short for rear-facing installation in three separate cars we've tried it in. Instructions suggest to use a seat belt for rear-facing installation. - The belt material is the same as on our Snugride 40 - The extendable footrest for rear racing is very nice for our toddler - Everything else is fine (material, color choices, ease to adjust, size, etc).
Conclusion: Go for this car seat if your child is tall, you want them to be rear-facing for a while, don't want to spend $400 for a car seat, and you want to have them have extra leg space rear-facing. Be warned that this makes the front passenger have to scoot up their seat in our mid-size sedan to fit the car seat in the back.

Need better instructions for front facing

We love the 4 in 1 and my mother bought the 3 in 1. We need it front facing and it is so hard to figure out how to thread the latch system from rear facing to front facing. Very frustrating. When I converted the 4in1 to front facing, I felt like I had been through battle. That was a year ago and now I'm having to figure this thing out again. I can't find a video on YouTube that shows how to retread from rear to front. Graco, a section of complete video installations on your website would be very helpful.
