Great Car Seat for Tall Baby
on January 6, 2017
Posted by: GrandmaP
What I like about it is high weight & height limits because our child is on the bigger side and this product accommodates him. He is comfortable in the car seat. It was really easy to install and the whole seat is not as bulky as other seats. Only complaint is that sometimes it is difficult to get the harness as tight as it needs to be using only the front strap.

nice seat

Seems to be a really nice seat with adequate padding and support. Assuming most are, this is pretty heavy to be putting up in a truck. Otherwise easy to 7ae, hoping it's easy to clean when needed.

We upgraded our 16 month old to this seat during the ToysRUs trade in event. We wants to buy a seat that would be "the last seat we buy". It's been great so far! The only thing I would change about it are the cup holders. I wish they were expandable and closer to the child. When my 16 month old is seated she can not reach the cup holder.

I bought this just a couple of days ago for my 2 year old and was nervous to turn him back rear facing due to him being forward facing. But he liked it and hasn't fussed since. he will be rear facing until he outgrows the rear facing limits.

We recently switched from our regular harness car seat to this Graco Extend2fit 3-in-1 car seat because we got one from One2One at no cost to us for testing and review purposes, and I am so very impressed with it already! I love how you get three car seats in one, because purchasing them all separately can become expensive and you will have to get rid of the ones you aren't using anymore. This one grows with your child and is the only purchase you will need to make. It starts off as an infant seat and the padding can be removed, and hearest adjusted to convert to a harness seat. Then when you are ready for a booster, the headrest extends farther and straps can be removed or tucked.
There are two latches on each side that click off the seat and click onto your car's seats to hold the child seat in place more firmly. The foot rest is easy to use as well as adjusting the angle. On the side, there is a level that shows you the proper angle the seat needs to be reclined at for each stage. In addition to the level, there is a handy chart with numbers on the adjustable part of the seat and an arrow on the base so you can get the angle just right per age from infant clear up to preschooler.
I have to say, changing it out from infant to harness, to booster was extremely easy and the entire seat is incredibly well made. There is even two removable cup holders for each side. My kiddo puts his drink in one side and either a toy in the other or his fries in it when we go through the drive through on road trips. Absolutely outstnading durability. The only reason I didn't give this car seat 5 stars is because it's a lot heavier than I had anticipated. For this reason, it's a little difficult to transfer it from car to car. The heaviness and bulkiness of it hinders the ease of that slightly, especially if you are petite like I am. My husband doesn't have much problem, but he's bigger and stronger than I am. For this reason, we just keep this seat in one vehicle and keep the old, lighter weight harness seat in my parent's vehicle for when they take my son.
