Peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've done extensive research on car seats and in my opinion the Graco Extend2Fit is the best forever "grow with you" seat on the market. My son is almost 2 and it is very comfortable for him, he was noticeably happier in the car once we moved him to this seat. One of my favorite features is the ability to quickly recline the seat when he falls asleep. I also appreciate how long this car seat can keep him rear facing. He still has plenty of leg room at nearly 2 years old with room to grow, I plan to keep him rear facing for another year. It was very quick to install, my husband installed safely and securely in 5 minutes time. It fits well behind the front driver/passenger seats in both our SUV and sedan. I also plan to use the seat for my newborn son as soon as he outgrows his infant carrier. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to review this product.

Parenting is hard enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying: this car seat? It gets me. Sleek, modern, and not in that “looks great but impossible to use” kind of way. It’s got the clean lines and grown-up style that doesn’t scream “plastic spaceship,” and it actually fits in my car without turning the backseat into a puzzle game. Bonus: it blends right into our daily routine like it’s always been there, coffee in one hand kid on the other hip, me yelling to my other child to “GET IN”, and boom—we’re rolling.
I received this car seat as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and honestly, I feel like I hit the jackpot. This thing is a parenting upgrade.
Now let’s talk rear-facing. The fact that my daughter can ride safely rear-facing up to 50 pounds? Yes, please. That’s peace of mind with a seatbelt. And the 4-position extension panel? Genius. No more little feet squished like pretzels. She gets the legroom she deserves, and I get fewer “are we there yet?” whines. Everybody wins.
Installation? This was smooth. Like, “did I miss a step? No? I’m done?” smooth. Adjusting it for a custom fit was equally painless, and the no-rethread harness? Say less. That thing is a game-changer. No threading. No cursing. No sweating bullets while flipping through a manual thicker than a novel.
Favorite feature? If I have to pick just one (rude), it’s the Extend2Fit panel. Comfort and safety in one thoughtful design—and my daughter doesn’t look like a cramped contortionist back there. She actually enjoys the ride now, which is a first.
In short: Graco nailed it. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I found a car seat that made our lives easier, our rides smoother, and our little one safer. And in the chaotic world of parenting? That’s a huge win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this car seat - we’ve tried Nunas and Chiccos and this one is by far the most comfortable and cup hold accessible for my 4 year old. Easy to clean and put back together. My only issue is that even with my captain’s chair’s reclining it’s hard to get the seat to recline comfortable for my daughter while keeping the bubble within the safety lines. Overall the best car seat we’ve had.

Exceptional installation / comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seat was super easy to install with latches and my son seems very comfortable in the seat. We actually had to revert back to the bucket infant graco carrier from this seat when we were hit in an accident and his seat needed replacing and he seemed upset. He loves his extend 2 fit 3-1. I like how easy it is to get the recline you need. He is 10 months old now we have not used the extension for his legs yet but he is expected to be a tall boy it will come in handy to keep him comfortable rear facing as long as possible until he maxes out. I also love the 50lb max weight for rear facing as a lot of other seats I compared the extend to fit 3-1 to had a 40lb max.

Dream car seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as this car seat was delivered and I opened it my little one started sitting in it immediately, even before I installed it in the car! We have already had one accident in the car seat and it so so easy to take off all the fabric and cushions and popping everything in the washer. We love how spacious it is and the cup holders are a great size. My daughter is absolutely in love with the color since she is a little princess. Installation was super easy. I would recommend this car seat as Graco is such a trustworthy brand in our family and has been for years.

Installation was pretty easy using the latches (we did push really hard to get it secure) and I'm happy that we can continue to use this for upcoming years as she grows. I appreciate the divots to hold the straps while getting her situated. Also, the pink color is so cute! Glad there was something other than just black and grey. We have this behind the driver seat in a Mazda CX5. Even on the most reclined option there is a good amount of space. More compact than the SnugRide Snugfit we had for her as an infant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 month old boy is now 26lbs at 34 inch long. He grew out of his first car seat so fast we had to buy him a new one. This Extend 2 fit is perfect for him. The leg extension allows him to stretch his leg all the way out and still not touch the back of the seat. The different tilt options allows us to make him more comfortable and safe on our travels. And the back being able to extend as well is perfect. He's been in the 100 percentile since he was born and growing fast. This car seat grows just as fast with him and is worth every penny. We were involved in a car accident a few months ago with him in this and he didn't even wake up from his nap after we were hit. He never even knew we were in accident. Bought the same car seat again because of it. Will only buy Graco.
