Stopped working

I have only been using it for a month an the swing stopped working the buttons won’t even turn on very disappointed my son loved it while it lasted :(

It’s a good product. However by the time the baby was 15 pounds it started making loud sounds and didn’t want to glide anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second duoglider and it hasn’t even been a month and this one has also stopped working. My son is only 3 months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

Had this for 3 months. Rocking motor whines and doesn't swing, music/white noise doesn't work at all. Reading other reviews, looks like either QA for this product is terrible or they use cheapest components possible that crap out within a month or two.

Stopped working after 2 months.

I got it as a baby shower gift. It only worked properly for less than a month. It would start making a clicking sound and would randomly stop swinging. We're on month number 2 and it doesn't work at all anymore. We believe the motor died on it and based on the reviews we've seen for this product it happens often. I would not recommend this product.

Malfunction with rocking

I bought this 2 months ago and I wish they would explain more on how to use it or fix a common malfunction it has. i’ve never pressed the timer and it still stops rocking after one minute sometimes it goes up to 3 minutes but it wakes the baby up and then i have to manually push it back and forth.

Looking forward to using it, but sound is poor

Our baby is on the way and we're looking forward to using this glider for its swing and vibration. The sound is very disappointing though. Horrible speakers. We will probably never use the music it provides with the baby because it sounds so awful to our adult ears. Wish we had tested the sound in the store.

Disappointed

I am honestly disappointed, my son is only 2 months old and we have already went through 2 motors and we haven't even had this swing for his whole 2 months of life!! For the money we spent I honestly expected better quality, yes I know motors burn out but this is ridiculous a waste of money!
