Per the label my duoglider says: Model number 1924836 manufactured date 2017/11/22 but when I try to find parts it says model number wont exists.

A must for babies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re a family with newborn twins and a 3 year old. One of our twins has colic and one of the only things that will soothe her is swinging. The Graco DuoGlider has been an amazing addition to our baby gear. With two vibration speeds, 6 swing speeds, lots of sound options, an adorable mobile and the amazing ability to change this swing from a seated position to laying down with one hand—I can’t recommend this swing enough. Plus, this swing is super quiet so when one baby needs soothing while I’m bouncing another to sleep, there’s no loud motor keeping the bouncing baby awake. Thanks Stellar Product Testing Panel for letting me review such a great product.

Stopped working

Our newborn was loving the duo glider. The motion put him to sleep when he needed his naps, even when he was awake. The control panel strarted flashing green and then stopped working. Very disappointed with this expensive product.

Great product, my baby loves it

I was at a friends house and tried out this product and our baby absolutely loved it. We laid her down and started the vibration and swing and within minutes the baby was asleep. That day she was extremely fussy and we tried the swing that had previously purchased and it didn't work. After trying the Dreamglider, I immediately came home and packed up the old swing and went to exchange it for this one. The only thing that I wish was the mobile did something. My baby will look at it, but I think she would be more entertained if it made music or moved, but besides that I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Absolutely amazing!

We purchased this glider before I gave birth to use as a bassinet in our room next to our bed. My son has since slept in it every single night since birth and he is now almost 10 months. We love all of the features! The gliding motion is very soothing, the speed options are a plus, and we love the varying music/sound options as well; the white noise is a favorite in our home! My baby will be too long to use the glider within the next several months but it has definitely served its purpose during the past 10 months. Will definitely repurchase for future babies!!

Great Swing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to try out this swing! My favorite feature is being able to have it in the down setting where it will lay flat like a bassinet would be while still allowing baby to swing.
I also love that it doesn’t take up much space at all and can be moved easily if needed. I do wish the lever to raise and lower the swing seat was at the front of the swing versus the back where it is. If you have the swing more toward the wall as we do it is difficult to change the setting with a sleeping baby.
I’m not sure if it’s just ours, but we really have to apply some force when squeezing the lever to raise/lower the seat to get it to go. I was hoping it was just stiff due to being new and would eventually be a little easier to use, but unfortunately that hasn’t happened yet especially not to do while baby is sleeping without waking baby up.
I do wish the mobile was movable to where you can turn it off to the side and out of the way while buckling baby in and then just turn it right back around in front of baby. It is removable, but I would rather not remove it every time.
All in all this is a wonderful swing. The mesh sides and soft comfy seat that can easily be washed is a huge plus as well! I would highly recommend this swing to other parents! I received this produce as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel in return for my honest review.

Great glider/swing combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this glider to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel when my daughter was 7 weeks old and have been using it every day since. She is now almost 10 weeks old.
It was easy to assemble out of the box, no complicated instructions. Once it was fully assembled I was shocked at how large it is. If you are looking for something that can easily be moved from room to room to keep baby close this is not the product you are looking for.
I love all the features! Starting with the fact you can plug the glider into a wall outlet and not burn batteries but you still have that option. The 6 different speeds are fantastic. The timer is a must but I don’t always set it. The classical tunes they chose for the music options are great. They aren’t annoying or in a tone that grates your nerves. And if music isn’t your thing there are 5 different noise machine options. The only negative thing I can say about the sound is the volume! Even on the lowest volume setting they are still loud enough to drown out a monster truck rally.
The bassinet/seat is incredibly easy to switch between the three different positions with just pulling on the lever and moving it up and down. However it doesn’t change positions as smoothly as I would like. When I pull on the adjustment lever there is a popping/ clunking sound that happens and once released makes a subsequent louder clunking sound. Not good for trying to lay a sleeping baby into a flatter position without disturbing them. The seat also has two setting vibrations. The downside is this does require its own battery and can’t be operated by the outlet plug. Plus side it’s a single D cell battery. The seat pad is easily removable for washing and essential because let’s face it, spit happens! I wish all products had a cover that was easily washable. I wish the padding was thicker. The placement of the restraining system is perfect. I like the little woodland creatures making it a perfect gender neutral theme. The little bunnies hanging from the mobile are so sweet. However the mobile doesn’t spin. So it’s a little pointless. But my daughter seems to like looking at it as they sway with the movement of the glider. It easily rotates out of the way to lay baby in the bassinet. And can be easily removed completely if you don’t want to use it.
Overall I really like this glider. The movement is a smooth back and forth like my glider rocking chair instead of like a traditional swing. It lays almost completely flat so it can be used with small babies. Grows with baby so lasts much longer than a traditional bassinet and has added features. This has replaced my bassinet and swing. Even though it is big and doesn’t fold up out of the way when not in use it’s a fair trade for needing less items. have had some issues with the electrical parts of the swing. Occasionally when I want to change between songs and nature sounds when I press the button the whole swing will shut off. Or if I turn off the the sounds but still want the swing to stay on the whole swing shuts off and have to turn it on again. As well as something funny going on with the timer button. I’ll set the timer. The lights will flash to let me know I selected 30 minutes but the swing will stop swinging and the lights stay on. I just turn it off and on again and it seems to work.

Calms my baby to sleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this glider! It rocks hard enough that my fussy baby actually falls asleep. I’ve tried other swings and they just don’t seem to have a good rock to it. If I know my little one is fussing over tiredness, the level 6 is able to calm him to sleep. The noises/music is great too! I like the option to sit my babe up, it just takes a little more push to lock it in to the seated position. I had no issue laying it down though. I love that this has a cord for wall plug-in! (My first baby, I used a battery operated swing, so this feature is awesome!) The pattern is so cute! This swing would fit in with lots of different style households. It’s also not too heavy that I can’t bring it to other rooms in my home. I definitely would recommend this swing to family and friends.
