We got this for a gift at a baby shower and tried to use it for the first time the other day and it starts up but then stops and the speed indicator flashes green. Very disappointing and very disappointed product.

Love the Graco Duo Glider Swing

I bought this second hand for my first grandchild and now we are using it for her baby brother. We love it and had no issues. Manufactured in October 2020. Works great.

I brought this for my son back in October. I love this swing and he do also. We've only been using it for three months and it stopped working.

Stopped working

We had this for our first child but it stopped working… I thought it was the battery but we’ve charged it and wanted to use it for our second child but it’s not working. Does anyone have a solution?!

We’ve had this since the 2nd baby. It’s now quit, we’ve ordered a new power cord that does not work, the batteries worked for a few minutes then smelled like they were burning. Can you please tell us how to get this working! Or what to try!?

I got this as a gift two weeks ago and I just started to use it. I clicked on the button and the swing will sway for a few seconds and then the light will start to blink on the number and it will stop whereas the music is working just fine. How can I troubleshoot it?
