Worked for 6 Weeks

Worked well for the first 5 weeks, no issues and my daughter slept GREAT in it! But it started to make a horrible clicking sound 6 weeks in. I Tok the entire thing apart and put it back together and it didn’t help at all. Sadly, the moment we set her down in it, the clicking sound wakes her up. Super disappointed in this! Which we could use it longer than 6 weeks. my daughter is 9 weeks now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best thing ever..until it wasn’t

I was so excited their swing was the best thing ever, I even recommended it to all my friends, co-workers and patients. I couldn’t believe after 4 kids I finally found a product that not only worked, but exceeded my expectations. And then it started making a funny noise when we turned it on, for a couple of days after it worked fine, then quit all together. We used this gliding bassinet for 3 months and were so disappointed when it stopped working.

Loved it until the charger stopped working pain alot of money for something that stopped working

Doesn't swing

Very disappointed. It doesn't swing unless I swing it myself. Just got it in today and assembled it and it did not work.

Disappointed

We received this swing as a gift. Our newborn would not sleep unless one of us was holding her until we tried this swing! We were so relieved for the month it worked. Now the swinging feature stops and we have to unplug the unit and plug it back in for it to work. After reading other reviews, it sounds like it's only a matter of time before unplugging/plugging back in does not "fix" it. Very disappointed that "mimi" & "papa" wasted their money on this swing.

Stopped working after a month!

Was a perfect swing Until it wasnt

It worked fine for a month then all of a sudden everytime we use it it keeps making a loud thud noise like it’s off track and we have no clue how to fix it

I wish i could take it back. Some of the screws that came already assembled are loose, but there is no way to tighten them causing the rocker to do an extra jarring while swaying (that did not happen at first). Also, it looks cushiony, but dont be fooled. The padding is super thin and rock hard. I would not have bought this if ot were displayed in the store, but there was no way to see it online. I am sad I wasted all that money.
