after one use the numbers starting flashing green and it wont swing/rock anymore. very dissapointed in an expensive item.

Horrible

Received as a gift for twins a few months ago. It was working great now it randomly stops swinging. It needs help to get the swing moving. I didn’t realize the issues it had until multiple reviews confirmed having the same issue. I was hoping to get another one to have with having but I’m definitely not anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t Buy

I got this as a gift and I just wish I could return it! It’s noisy and it never actually rocks right. I have to put it on 6 to try and get it started and even then it’ll just stop rocking minutes later, which just wakes my baby up.

Defective, beware!

Got this swing as a baby shower gift and my baby loved it! But it stopped swinging!! It’s only been four weeks. Reading other reviews I now see it’s a motor defect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad motor

We got this brand new for our baby and she absolutely loves it and it constantly quits working. We could usually fix it by unplugging it for atleast 30 seconds but it now had completely quit working. We tested the cord and the cord is getting power but the motor is not working.

Quit working in less than 2 months

Got as a baby shower gift and loved it but it has completely quit working in less than 2 months. The panel just blinks and the swing won’t move, it just clicks. Highly disappointed in a product so expensive.

Disappointing

I got this as a gift and I’ve only been using it for 2.5 months and I’m already having issues. The vibration runs through batteries within a day or 2, and that motor is starting to go out, as the swing needs to be in a specific purer it to actually vibrate. And the motor for the swing is super loud and has now began to get “stuck” and makes the swing “shake” and not actually swing, which wakes my son up. Very disappointed.
