I'm not giving this five stars (yet!) because the baby hasn't arrived or used it yet!
But the assembly was SO easier (after assembling another Graco product I was worried).
When I first tried it I thought the swinging action wasn't enough, but then I realized it was a slow workup, which is really good.
A minor issue is I wish the battery areas were more accessible and/or the vibration could also run through the outlet, but that's not a big deal so far.

Best Swing for Reflux Babies

Wasted money on other swings that our son hated before seeing this recommended on our babies reflux support group page. Was the best swing for our reflux baby thanks to the incline & back and forth motion. Loved the incline & bassinet options/ features.

I purchased this item because a friend recommended it. Unfortunately mine was defective. Level 1 and Level 6 were the exact same speed. I bought this because of the different speed factors and heard it swings pretty fast and since my baby loves fast movement I wanted to check it out myself. At this time I can’t really give an honest review since mine did not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Baby Swing!

This is the best baby swing in my opinion! I bought my son supposedly the best baby swing out there but he hated it, I tried this graco duoglider and he loved it. How you can put it down to a bassinet is just perfect.
