Stopped gliding after 2 uses.

First it came with a damaged leg. Graco was great at expedit shipping a replacement. Then after using it twice it stopped gliding after 30 seconds of turning it on. The music still worked but it wouldn’t glide. We did the recommended unplug for 3 minutes and got the same results. After some research we learned that this is a common problem. We love our other Graco products, but we don’t recommend the DreamGliider.

Just assembled-new batteries and it won't swing

I bought this today and put it together. I just put brand new batteries in it and rechecked to make sure I did this correctly. It still will not swing.

Doesn’t work !

We purchased this and put it together and it does not work! The numbers light up when you press them but no music plays, it doesn’t rock or move period. I was really excited for this item so this was a huge disappointment for me :(

Swing Does Not Work

I just got this item and the manufacture date is 03/09/2018. Please tell me why the motor does not work then??? All of the other features work besides the swinging motion. It's not like this device was made years ago. Got it brand new and out of the box. Very frustrated after spending ample time putting together this glider for it not to work.

Hi I bought this swing from Amazon in February for my new born. I hardly used it for two weeks and then I left abroad after two months due to emergency visit. When I came back I start using it again but right after two days it swings stop working. It does not swing at all. So technically I used it’s swing mode for total three weeks or less. The product has serious faults. It’s music mode is working but swing I am refunction does it support. I read so many reviews about its swing function issues byt I ignored. Now this product is only bassianet for me. We are so disappointed as we spend so much money on this product which will do both functions but it’s only good for bassinet. It swing mode on first day become slow even on mode 6 and then next day it didn’t work at all. We can’t return it as return policy of product days are already gone. The company should seriously work on this product swing issue as many ppl has complains the issue one many websites which I ignore somehow but I myself experienced the same issue.

Worked great for a SHORT TIME

Worst swing I have ever bought. The short time it worked it was loud then all of a sudden it just stopped working!! I have 3 children and had 3 different ones this one was the most expensive and didn’t last a month!

Glide feature doesn’t work

Very upset. I bought for my 3rd baby, glide feature is not operational if baby is in the bassinet part. Baby is only 9 lbs so he’s not to big. You can hear that the motor is working but it will not glide at all. Very disappointed as I now have a broken bassinet in my room. I just want my money back...

Loved it at first

When I first bought this swing, I absolutely loved it! Recently it started to make a clicking noise when the swing is on. It’s very annoying. As of right now, my baby doesn’t seem bothered by it, but I definitely can’t use it at night because the clicking noise bothers me. I love that I can lay down and sit up. If it wasn’t for the clicking noise I would have given 5 stars.
