Too much noise!

It is a great bassinet/swing until you get to the noise part... every time I try to take a nap with my baby and my toddler, this thing starts making so much noise when it goes back and forth and it's really annoying. My son slept in it since day 1 but the more weight my son was gaining the more noise it was making... my son is 4 months now with only 15lb and I'm still waiting for the day for this swing to stop making so much noise.

Why won’t it speed up!!

We’ve had this for a month and my son sleeps amazing in it but now it has randomly decided it won’t speed up?! He likes it set on 4 and its swinging about the pace of 1. Sooo frustrating!!

Great idea, bad motor

I bought this mainly to have a place for my little one to sleep in for his first few months. This was a major investment seeing as how the product is pretty pricey. The music works without an issue, but the swing function is horrible. Whether it is set to level 1 or 6, it barely moves enough to do anything for my LO. I really disappointed with this product!

Broke within 3 days

We received this glider as a gift and it broke within 3 days of use. Every speed setting always ends up going to the fastest setting. It worked great for those first few days, but is unusable now and it’s way too fast for our newborn.

Let down

I used it for 28 days and control dashboars overheades from the inside when I would turn it on and it would only play music. it stoppes gliding. I have to return it to the store which was a hassle taking it apart and taking it back. otherwise my daughter loved the glider for naps.

Great for my baby

My son absolutely HATED the bassinet we had received for a shower gift. We also had received this glider and he loved it!! We used it in our bedroom and he slept in it until 6 weeks when we transitioned him into his crib. Still loves to swing in his glider during the day!

Total let down

I bought this brand new. I just put it together. I was really excited how easy it was. The music played, but no glide. This was straight out of the box. It's sad I'm obviously not the only one. Graco, make this right.

Just what I needed

I tried 6 different beds for my newborn with reflux and nothing worked until this bed. She sleeps all night and the glider works great to help her fall asleep then we shut it off. It doesn’t take up as much space as I would have thought. Best bed ever!
