Lots of problems

The vibration function never worked. After having it for a short while, the motor now shuts itself off after a few minutes. Sure wish it could be exchanged.

Great, but sounds stopped working after "6 mos"

Please help us figure out how to restore sound. Otherwise, love the swing. 6.5 mos old is about to grow out of swing, so I guess sound won't be an issue for us for too much longer.

Broken right out of the box

We put this together today, plugged it in to several different power outlets and nothing! Put batteries in and still nothing! I was super excited about this product for my baby, and now that I have read other reviews I think we may have to find another product. Very disappointed!

Swing broke after one week

This has been a great bassinet for my baby. We were bummed that the swing stopped working after a week. The music options still play. We received as a gift and didn't get a gift receipt so there was no way to return it. Now that she's older I really wish the swing worked.

Speakers broken right out of the box.

We just bought this, and it was broken right out of the box. The speakers don't work! And it doesn't vibrate either. The glides back and forth like it should tho! We spent all this money on something that doesn't work. We tried batteries and plugging it on. Nothing helped as far as the speakers and the vibration.

Easy to Put together but

So assembly was a breeze but I've plugged the bassinett into the outlet and nothing, Switched outlet just in case and still nothing..what the heck?
Has anyone else had this issue.

Doesn't rock as well

I bought this item for my newborn 8 months ago and it has been used 10 times. After the first five it just doesn't rock as well and makes a very loud noise in the rocking mechanism. I am very upset that it doesn't work well and that the money I spent could have went to a better product.
