Love that it is a swing and bassinet on one

In a small house this versatile unit makes it easy to have 2 things in 1 a swing and a bassinet. the multiple positions makes it great for us to sit up our daughter when her reflux acts up. The songs and sounds are great and the music volume is better than most other baby products.

Good for a week

I got this product for my baby shower and set it up when they baby arrived and a week later it stops rocking. She loved it while it worked now she won't get in it. Not too satisfied that it only lasted one week.

Worked great for the first few months. Now music doesnt work and it makes a gallop noise when swinging.

2 weeks old and NO LONGER SWINGS

i recieved this as a baby shower gift and it worked great the first few times we tried it, now it no longer swings, just plays music. The buttons light up for a minute then turn off and nothing happens. Is there any way you guys can fix this.

Horrible Product! Broken out of the box!

just put this together and it barely moves, vibration doesn't work at all and the 'soothing sounds' are horrible!
