Laptop is sleek and feels premium. However, I had issues with adjusting the brightness and the microphone not working just one week into using a brand new laptop. It was able to be fixed by calling in, but it took probably around 4 hours on the line in total to fix everything. I’m not too happy about needing to fix things already when the laptop is one week old, but at least it was fixed.
Speed, Battery and Display are great. The microphone sucks. Others sometime can’t hear me in video conference.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfortunately, my laptop came with a defect (the power button sticks). Other than that, I'm really liking it so far. One thing I noticed is the sound is quite low when I'm on Zoom meetings, but it isn't terrible. It is very fast and the battery life is great.
