Thin, light and powerful laptop, with a few quirks

I've been using a MacBook pro for the last 6 years and decided to return to a windows machine, mostly for the value. I've only had my 7390 for a few days but am impressed so far. It's fast and the keyboard is vastly superior to the one on my 2019 MacBook pro. The only negatives I've experienced so far are that the fingerprint reader isn't as reliable as the one on my mac and the touchpad is, well, a little sensitive, even at the lowest sensitivity settings.
Overall, the XPS 13 has been a good laptop. I enjoy the small size, but sturdy feel with the metal case and thin border. However, I have had issues with the track-pad working correctly. Sometimes it doesn't pick up my finger movements or clicks randomly. One time after coming back from sleep mode, the track-pad did not work at all and I had to restart the computer for it to work again. The glass on the screen has been perfect with my three year old who wants to put his finger on the screen to show me something. On other computers that would make the screen flicker or bleed colors, but on the XPS screen I don't see any problems. I would definitely buy another Dell, but I would hope that Dell fixes the track-pad issues so that they handle better and smoother than what I am experiencing.
Overall it's a fast laptop and it's easy to use, I just wish it had more usb ports to use on it. You have to get an adapter for it that is my only complaint.
Great little laptop. Very light, portable and fast. Great video and camera. Battery lasts a long time. Audio, however, is less than optimal - need to have it all the way up sometimes to hear the presentation and most other times set at 75 or higher. The microphone is also a little disappointing as folks on Zoom and Greet have trouble hearing you sometimes. It connected easy to a Bose Bluetooth Speaker, but the option to select the speaker as the playback device doesn't come up. Don't know why. Dell also tried to see why to no avail. Maybe a compatibility issue? Will continue to explore.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's a great, fast machine that's feels very solid. Like a bigger laptop. Keyboard is great. I had a Surface Pro 4 with I7 processor and 16 GB of RAM that was fast and crunched complex neural net algorithms. My XPS with 16 GB RAM and the 10th Gen I 7 6 core processor is faster yet. As much as I loved this would have been a better buy years ago. And I would have saved $600-800.
